Move from Complacency…..
Step into Courage!
What is holding you back from being your healthiest self and living the life you love? Most of us have the best intentions for taking better care of ourselves and need a little encouragement to get started. Our work, caring for families and many commitments all seem to demand so much of our time, and we are often simply overwhelmed by life. It is proven that small steps are usually the best way to reach a goal. Our focus is on helping women transition from their 40’s to fabulous 50’s and beyond with clarity, confidence and courage with these six steps:
1) Define what wellness means to you.
2) Determine your current level of satisfaction in several areas of wellness.
3) Explore your personal values and reason for deciding now is the time for a
healthier life.
4) Uncover sources of strength you already possess.
5) Remove barriers to make the needed changes.
6) Work together in creating a sustainable action plan to achieve the results you desire.
The goal of Striving Forward is to empower you to live your healthiest life with clarity, confidence and courage. Whether you want to have a healthier relationship with food, begin or improve your exercise regime or navigate the impact of illness, we can partner with you for success through group workshops or individual coaching sessions.
Are you ready to begin today with new resolve? Is it time to leave the confusion and gain Clarity? To move away from complacency and into Confidence? Let us help you strive ahead with Courage!
Contact us today for a free 30 minute consultation to determine if coaching is the right fit for you at this time. We can also answer any of your questions regarding the coaching experience as you take this step forward.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
Hi Connie,
I don’t know if you’ll remember me, but we met at the KUMC Women’s Retreat last year after I shared my testimony about my cancer journey. I’m just found out on Tuesday that I’m now facing a reoccurrence of my cancer and I’m having a hard time with finding the peace I had found with God at the start of my journey. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about your journey and any words of advice you might have on finding peace and on improving my health through diet and exercise. My cell phone number is 850-566-1671. I’m at a doctors appointment this morning but will be available anytime beginning this afternoon.
Blessings,
Kimberly
