What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership with the client and coach working together as specific challenges are targeted and a specific plan is developed. While the client holds the agenda, they are accountable to the coach in the best way agreed upon. Sessions are completely confidential and honesty and commitment are vital.
How long should I commit to coaching?
It is found that it usually takes about three months of coaching to attain results. Therefore, a great way to get started in achieving your wellness goals is the three month package. This includes twelve 50 minute weekly sessions, along with a recap sent after each session and unlimited email support.
Where will we meet?
I am available to meet in person if you are in the Tallahassee, Florida area (I often meet with clients for a walk for the initial session).
